Frequently Asked Agent Questions:

Question: Can I forward a copy by email to my client?

Answer: Yes, you can -- but there's a better way (see below). First the email: Once the document is open in Adobe Acrobat, simply save it to your desktop. Open your email program, and prepare to send an email to your client just as you always do, then attach (this procedure varies according to your email client) the file to the email and send. Some email services -- particularly the free services -- will not allow large documents. Now for the better way: Simply give your client the download information you are using right now (the website address, the username and the password) and have them enter your name in the form. When we see that your name twice we assume that your client may have downloaded the packet too, and that's fine. This avoids the email hassles with large packets.

Question: How do I print a copy of the packet?

Answer: The packet will automatically open in Abode Acrobat once you've clicked on the link. Give it some time to fully load. Once it has, simply click on the printer icon or go to file/print, select your printer and go!
