This strengthens your offer, making you a strong contender in the bid for your dream home.

CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE IN CONTRACT!

Your offer has been selected! Now, we can send an independent licensed inspector to fully check the home’s condition and provide a written report. A home inspection is a powerful negotiating tool and the best information and insurance of condition you can ever get on a property.

FINANCIAL APPROVAL

Our decades of experience make the final stages of loan approval feel seamless. We regularly monitor the progress of your transaction as well as work with your lender to make sure all the necessary paperwork is complete, while keeping you in the loop throughout.

WELCOME HOME

You have made it through escrow! At this point your hand might be tired from signing paperwork but it is worth it! Through every step of the process we have been right there with you. A few days before closing, we conduct our final walk-through, and once both parties sign their closing statements, the keys are yours. Then it is our greatest pleasure to be the first to welcome you home.
