FINDING A LISTING AGENT

In order to determine a home’s worth or market value, we take into consideration variables such as features, size, location, market demand, and recent comparable sales. We create a comprehensive comparative market analysis (CMA), which allows us to target a competitive listing price that will attract qualified buyers and drive maximum interest to your property, while avoiding the all too common mistake of over pricing.

LISTING YOUR HOME
At this early stage you will feel confident about our plans to sell your home with us. We will ask you to sign a listing agreement, which allows us to advertise and handle the sale of your house. It also covers the basic terms of our mutual commitment, including the length of time the home will be listed as well as other terms and conditions for the sale. We will also create a customized selling strategy as well as communicate what you can expect throughout the process.

NEGOTIATING THE BEST OFFER
At this most important step, we present all offers to you and use every negotiation tool to get you the best possible terms. We coach you through terms, contingencies, and buyer’s financing. We want to make the best deal possible and arrive at a price and terms that both you and the buyer can agree upon. We want you to walk away happy. You are almost there!

CLOSING TIME
You did it! As always, we will be right by your side during the final steps, engaging with the buyer’s agent and lending institutions to ensure all requirements are met, inspections are performed, financing is approved on time, and all the necessary disclosure documents are provided. All you have to do is sign on the dotted line! You’ve just sold your home!
