My wife and I have bought and sold homes in NY (two homes), Washington DC (two homes), and Los Gatos (one home), so we've dealt with a fair number of realtors. Christian and Ali at Northbrae are terrific: they know North Berkeley in great detail, they listen carefully to what you want, they're very responsive, thorough, good on detail, responsible about money and budget ... and they're really nice people. Christian is the hardest working agent I've ever encountered and available seemingly at all hours -- he's industrious and gets things done, on time; he goes the extra mile, and then some. We had a really good experience with them looking at houses, and eventually purchasing a condo that we're very pleased with.
